Fundamental to the Triple-A Baseball experience is the fans' accessibility to the players. At almost every game you will see players signing autographs for fans of all ages - sometimes part of a sponsored activity, sometimes more informal. Players often excite fans by wandering over to the grandstand following their pre-game routines. Seeing the players up close gives fans memories they'll have for a lifetime... as well as treasured, autographed collectibles. Many clubs even conduct instructional clinics or camps. During these sessions, young ballplayers get a chance to interact with professionals and learn pitching, batting, and fielding skills. Youth players sometimes get the opportunity to stand with their heroes during player introductions or the National Anthem.
